We also determined that the allowed sender and allowed domain lists in anti-spam policies and Safe Senders in Outlook were too broad and were causing more harm than good. Our data also indicates that the false positive rate (good messages marked as bad) for high confidence phishing messages is very low, and admins can resolve any false positives with admin submissions. Our data indicates that a user is 30 times more likely to click a malicious link in messages in the Junk Email folder versus Quarantine. This is the same approach that we've always used on malware, and now we're extending this same behavior to high confidence phishing messages. The spirit of being secure by default is: we're taking the same action on the message that you would take if you knew the message malicious, even when a configured exception would otherwise allow the message to be delivered. For more information, see Manage quarantined messages and files as an admin in EOP. ![]() By default, only admins can manage messages that are quarantined as malware or high confidence phishing, and they can also report false positives to Microsoft from there. ![]() ![]() Luckily when you first appear on the map after exiting a location it takes a few seconds for the enemies to start spawning, so if the screen is overrun with monsters you can pop in somewhere, pop back out, and then continue on your way. It’s a neat idea, but it gets kind of old quickly. The system is essentially the same as the one featured in the aforementioned Zelda 2. If you touch any of these enemies you enter a battle encounter, which places you in the middle of a six or seven screen wide area where you can face off against a few monsters or you can book it to the left or right to exit the area. Eventually, a red bat-like sprite spawns and homes in on you. They move up, down, left, and right, at a quick yet random pace however, they usually aren’t particularly hard to avoid. After you take a few steps in the overworld, small black enemy sprites will start spawning. ![]() ![]() Overall this setup reminded me a bit of classic JRPG’s, but perhaps the game it has the most in common with is Zelda 2: The Adventure of Link. Most of them are easy to notice, like a house or a cave, but some are less obvious. You can move freely around the overworld map and look for new locations to enter. ![]() The majority of the game is in 2D side view, but the overworld map is top-down and zoomed out – Gail’s sprite is only a fraction of the regular size. When you leave the village you’ll get your first taste of the overworld map and how it functions. Right at the start, Gail is tasked with rounding up all the other children for dinner. The game features a fair amount of quests, and unfortunately, there is no quest tab menu to help you keep track of them. As you play you’ll begin to stumble across more sci-fi type settings, like a hidden, underground monorail system, buildings with what looks like teleportation equipment, and a ruined city filled with rusty but deadly robots. Eventually, you learn that the Peace Ministers have set limits on the use of technology and travel around enforcing this law. It seems like the majority of the population gets by without any extra technology, but there are a few scientist-type characters and their houses are packed with tech. Much of the early game has more of a fantasy sort of feel. The setting is a combination of fantasy and sci-fi. The current inhabitants of the land are descendants of those survivors. The game starts with a short cutscene featuring beautifully drawn images and accompanying text that explains that long ago the Great War destroyed a once-great civilization and that only a fraction of the population survived by hiding underground. Phoenotopia: Awakening takes place in the nation of Castella, and begins in the small village of Pansela, the home of the main character Gail. The extensive scope and scale of the game made more sense after learning that this game has been in the making for over six years. It was originally created as a flash game which was released in 2014 and simply titled Phoenotopia. Eventually, I realized I had to buckle down, ignore my typical gaming urges, and focus on the main plotline so I could actually write the review.Īt its core, Phoenotopia: Awakening is a 2D action-adventure game with a splendid pixel art aesthetic, and as a whole, it is much more elaborate than a simple side-scrolling action platformer. It took me just as long to realize that this is not the type of game I like to play to review – there’s tons of stuff to do, to the point that you just get completely wrapped up in the game and spend hours and hours talking to characters to learn their stories and the lore of the land, as well as thoroughly exploring each area, looking for hidden items and encounters and trying to complete every side quest. There are a bunch of side activities, ranging from fishing and cooking to joining a treasure hunting club. Each area opens up even more as you gain new weapons and abilities. It has a huge world with many locations you can explore. After playing for a few hours I realized that developer Cape Cosmic’s Phoenotopia: Awakening is exactly the type of game I like to play in my free time. ![]() ![]() With a rated power of 8W, the device emits very little noise, and the two nozzles are designed to enter the tightest of corners with ease, giving you a clean, dust-free computer.Ĭompact and lightweight Multi-functional nozzles Washable ELV filtration system Made of high-quality ABS Ideal for cleaning everything from mechanical keyboards and computers to sofas and cabinets, the vacuum is well-sealed to convert more air into suction for achieving the best results. Screw art or creativity, I just want a fragrance to smell nice, and last a few hours on my skin, not make a bloody statement about culture or life as we know it. In this fragrance community, where practically everything is slated for not being original and where everything has been done before, by someone, sometime, in some form then i find it hard to believe that there are not any fragrances that are same without ruining it (IMO) by making it over spicy, earthy, skanky or bitter. It is a very smooth and creamy, fresh shaving foam kind of smell that I really love. It doesn't go all spicy and dark or earthy on the dry down and despite it's freshness it does have a slight creamy sweetness in the background although it is not a sweet scent at all. To my nose, RG is very smooth, not harsh and very much has a shaving foam vibe, which I like. I saw a YT video by Sebastian but all his 'alternatives were IMO way off the mark based on his supporting comments like 'this is similar but 'boozy' or 'it has a ramped up liquorice note' or something along those lines, clearly illustrating that it is thereby not the SAME as RG at all. So, is there anything out there that smells the SAME (note: not slightly similar or a similar 'vibe' but the SAME). Just my luck, I struggle for ages to be wowed by anything only to finally be wowed and find I can't get it without selling a kidney. so it looks like I need something that smells the same, if such a thing exists? Today, mapping specialists use complex computer-aided design (CAD) technology to create these three-dimensional digital representations of what’s on the ground but before computers came along, photographic prints were examined using a tabletop stereoscope that allowed for viewing two separate overlapping images at once. These overlapping images allow mapping specialists to get a sense of the relative height of buildings or natural features. The overlapping nature of the photographs (what is referred to as "stereo") enables three-dimensional features to be perceived from two-dimensional photographs. The plane flies at a set speed and photographs are taken at specific intervals to ensure the images overlap. Aerial photographs are taken in such a way as to provide overlapping coverage of the ground. This is called stereoscopic vision.Īerial photography mimics this same process but uses an external viewer to put the images together. While Instapaper vs Pocket vs Readability all have great native apps, fantastic web sites, and excellent services, they all come to the table with very different focuses and approaches. Instapaper vs Pocket vs Readability: Cross-platform support The ability to easily edit and sort articles is great and the interface is both powerful and accessible. Readability looks very good but the edge goes to Pocket which has the best mix of presentation of functionality. Instapaper is almost old-school in its presentation, but incredibly focused in its choices. While all three have easy to use interfaces, their designs are very different. It's also great at rendering inline images, and is really smart about what content should and shouldn't be presented. ![]() When inside an article, Pocket allows you to quickly switch from a scaled down version and the full blown web version of a saved clip. But that's pretty much where the similarities end. Just like Readability and Instapaper, you can change the margins, fonts, switch from dark to light mode, and customize the experience.
